     ·  Pretul convenabil, plaja aproape si curata, are draperii.
     ·  Baia veche, obiecte sanitare vechi ciobite, apa se opreste ocazional, geamurile vechi si greu de inchis/deschis. Mobilierul vechi si deteriorat. Lifturi vechi , se blocheaza des si cu verificarea tehnica expirata.

     ·  Este ok.Calitate/ pret si panorama
     ·  Am stat la etajul 10 si nu a fost o zi fara defectiune la lifturi. In general functiona doar unul si mai rar niciunul.Am coborat de regula pe scari si am urcat de cateva ori pe scari dar ce faci cand mai ai di bagale.Stiu ca au fost schimbate lifturile si nu d- vs le reparati dar trebuie facut ceva.

     ·  Zgomotul lifturilor, zilnic unul dintre lifturi este defect.
